Chris Jay Hoofnagle was brave enough to say Microsoft should take some responsibility in
protecting startup's and browser integration. He added a nice analogy about the automobile
industry in the 50s and their relucance to include seat belts as standard equipment. According to
the folks in Detroit, Accidents are caused by bad driving, so the solution should be better user education
on how to drive.
